Have just purchased this and downloaded it.When I try to run the installer, I get a message saying "This App can't run on your PC". I'm on an HP AIO desktop running WIndows 10 Home. I've never seen this happen before and I've downloaded loads of DLC from JT. Have raised it with JT, but would appreciate any ideas from anyone on the forum. Much appreciated

Have you right clicked the installer and selected "properties" and ticked the "unblock" box then ran as admin?

Thanks, am at work right now, but will definitely give that a go. JT have also made some suggestions which I'll look at when I get home. Excellent customer service from JT as usual, in my experience

Issue now resolved by temporarily disabling antivirus. Thanks to JT customer service and those who replied
