Class 313 - how do I raise/lower the pantograph?

I am trying the North London Line route, and have to drive a class 313. I can't find anywhere how to raise or lower the pantograph (at Acton). I've looked in the various manuals, but can't find the 313 anywhere.
Can anyone help me please? Also, if an emergency brake application has taken place, how do I get started again?

I've tried this on a quick drive. but even following the instructions the panto will not raise? I gave up after twenty minutes.
