And it isn't AI in QD scenarios? Come on Steve, with a free roam you decide what goes where, in a QD the game does---if you're in charge you can set the amount of AI/loose consists to suit yourself/your PC's capabilities.

That wasn't suggested, nor is it needed--it's just very handy to know what you're dealing with when pontificating about things. Once again, think....the capabilities of all our PCs differ, that's why some have bother with routes whilst others don't, and with a large route such as this any tiny weaknesses are soon exposed.

You can't fairly test anything when you're using un-supported (officially) hardware devices such as those---do you imagine JT did when testing? Your methodology of testing is totally skewed; adding unknowns with hardware and more unknowns with using a QD!

And....I say again... EVERYTHING ELSE I OWN RUNS WITHOUT ISSUES such as This route, regardless if using a key board blinkerd vision or even a game pad.
In my eyes (with or without glasses) this is the worse route I have and again is being withdrawn.
I have an open ticket with JT and to be fair I shall tell them to close it as I give up.

My P.C can handle a QD Plymouth to Paddington - Kings Cross to Peterbourgh - Peterboro to York - York to Newcastle - Newcastle to Edinburgh - Edinboro to Dundee in more or less one hit
I have started Mallaig to Fort William - Fort Bill to Helensburgh with a view to do Glasgow to Carlisle and then on to Preston.

It is happy with TSW too.

I am sorry to everyone that I started this and end it with negativity.

I find my enjoyment with TS without this.

Steve.

and??

It matters not one bit what any of our PCs do with any other route or asset, it only take a single corrupt file in even the simplest of routes to bring a top end behemoth of a computer to it's knees. You're completely losing sight of the fact that when you use a QD scenario for testing you're introducing the foibles of the QD system--nothing to do with the route, nothing to do with JT--so your issue there could possibly be one that DTG are responsible for.
You're taking all your issues and adding them all together to give a possibly exaggerated view of this routes faults, which nobody is denying that it has them, but instead of investigating each one as a single entity you're determined to build as bad an impression as possible.

So you're saying that handling other QDs isn't something your PC can do every time without fail?--it either does or it doesn't, "more or less" is pretty vague.

Hi,

I have a quick question. I tried to clone the route, but it keeps coming up without the tracks. Anyone else had this problem?

Thanks and Merry Christmas,

Ian
