Hmm, I seem to be having a little local difficulty. I ran teh installer but it doesn't seem to have copied across the GeoPcDx files - in each livery folder all I have is a 'textures' folder with TgPcDx files in it. I've tried also running as administrator - has anyone else had the same problem?

Hi Paul,

Me too until I noticed there's an extra stock pack in the Essential Requirements part! :D
Can be downloaded from the pack page on the AP website.

Just thought I'd ask here first before raising a ticket.... Anyone getting an out of fuel error when swapping out stock for the LM liveries 150's with RWTools?

That's not really AP's problem Martin, you've elected to change a scenario so it's something you've brought upon yourself. Not a big problem though, drop into the game's scenario editor and double click one of the vehicles. Adjust the 'fuel level' slider and repeat for the next vehicle. Save and enjoy.

Out of fuel errors tend to be caused be something amiss in the .bin file, meaning the sim cannot process these fully - in other words read them right to the very end/bottom where the fuel capacity entry is.

Martin might not be at fault at all. Worth flagging up I would say.

EDIT: Took a quick look and all seems more or less OK with the LM .bin files. Would still make AP aware though.

Crashes the editor too? Tried it in a quick drive and it works as it should. I will let Richard know even though it may be a RWTools issue? Thanks Richard (not the AP one) for your support.

You'd get the 'not able to process' error in all situations Richard, not specifically when swapping stock with RW Tools---any multiple unit, which includes double-headed locos and even push-pull formations, can exhibit the same behaviour when swapped.
Martin, what happens when/if you make the swap using the in-game editor?...if that works 10 times out of 10 you'd also best get on to Mike Simpson about a flaw in RW Tools.
Hve you tried swapping with 156, 158, 170 units, or even a pair of 153s to corroborate?
As the LM 150/1 unit as supplied works in QD that suggests that there's nothing wrong with the .bin files, and that the issue is only arising because of the edit/how the edit is done.

I re installed the Chiltern line and the scenario with the original 170's loads fine, however swapping out the 170's for the 150's causes a crash, I will try going into the editor before swapping the 170's and manually try to swap em. I did let Richard know (AP) just incase.

A bit of a long shot Martin, but do you have RW Tools set NOT to change the vehicle number when swapping? If the scripting in the enhanced units is driven (even if only in part) by the number, having a number that isn't recognised would cause bother.

Not noticed Gary, is that on by default? As for swapping manually it works, however even ticking the AP150EP box in the asset box one is still left with the original sounds even after deleting the blueprints? So I think it may be a RWTools problem?

Has anyone else had problems with the AWS reset?
I'm Driving along, AWS go's off I press Q and Nothing happens. so i repeatedly pressed Q sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.
I just want to see if its just me before i raise a ticket at AP
Apart from that little Niggle its a good pack, it makes DTG 150 a usable model
cheers Will

That one can't be down to RW Tools, not if it follows a manual swap of the stock.

...and yeah, 'don't change stock number' is the default setting in RW Tools, that way no 'couple to' instructions in scenarios are broken when swapping stock out.

Result!! :D what did you end up doing?....knowing that might save others a lot of bother!

Don't forget Gary it's me! The sounds not working initially was my fault in assuming I had just plonked down the Ap version of the LM skinned 150's, but I hadn't and after much self cursing placed the correct ones down and bob's yer uncle!

Gary I do not know if you have the 150 pack or the AP upgrade but if you have could you try to reproduce the issue by switching the 170's out with the 150's in the chiltern "Birmingham bound stopper" scenario? I am running the latest version of RWTools. Or if you don't have the required gubbins could someone else kindly give it a go before I let Mike know? :)
