Actually some people over at rail-sim.de report they don't get this issue. This is weird when I can easily replicate the problem (fix it and then have it re-appear) by switching between the old and new CAB geopcdx files...

My theory is the new cab is using something from the 110BF standalone package, which I don't have... And this is why it was not seen during testing by vR.

So does that mean I can buy with confidence then? :-?
Well I bought it and think there is a bug in quick drive where the doors will not close and you are just left with the incab beep sounds going off all the time?

Maik has posted at rail-sim.de that a correction to the update will still be released today. There's no word on whether this handbrake will be fixed specifically, but let's see.

v3.1 released! Going to test it...

Download is quite slow though, just around 300kB/s, so will take some time. A lot of people trying to get it perhaps.

Yes, the trailer is fantastic. Some minor things were fixed on the trailer and the 110BF loco, a good update indeed. My trust in vR's willingness to fix bugs has been restored. I started to be under the impression they didn't care anymore and concentrated on new releases only. Thank you, vR!

Hopefully, as I say above, this will now continue with the 101 and 189. I actually never bought the 189 knowing it had the AFB bug, but as soon as it's fixed I will.

Remember: only two heads and four hands are vR to manage all the business in every aspect. So please be patient about updates. We can do updates every day, but then vR will disappear from the market at least. New releases are saving the future of such a little company with that high quality standards. Thanks!

Well, for me vR's ability to release patches in a timely manner (unlike some other developers) is an integral part of their reputation and definitely one of the reasons I buy from them/you (and I believe that many others too).

On the other hand, I understand perfectly what you say above, Maik, and rest assured I'm the last person who'd like to see vR terminate their business due to financial problems.
