There's no need to explain why...you either can or can't. If somebody else with less of a call on their time can step in then it's immaterial.

I find it both odd and amusing that there can be calls for something 'to be done' but there's nobody available to do anything...where is "Disgruntled of Tunbridge Wells" when you need him?

All unrelated to any discussion about this particular stock item of course, so if anybody (anybodies?) would like to consider doing anything regarding a backdated route I'd suggest opening a new thread....saves cluttering this one up with arguments

im unsure where the HAL fits in with current stock available, The last HAL sandite/deicers were withdrawn years ago, Has possibilties on the NLL Backdate route.

She also looks the picture, guess some scrap runs can be set up in scenarios and dragged around to be dumped ready for runs to cutters etc

But the 2 HAL lasted in to the BR Blue era and DTG have released a pack with BR Blue class 73, 4 Cig and class 09 also the 4 Big and 4 Vep were released in BR Blue/Grey
Technically there was no route for those items but it has not stopped the Scenario makers.

I presume you don't have WCML over Shap.
The Stations and Track are set in Privatised times with EPS 125 Speed boards but the locos and stock are BR Blue.

Well Pete I was only 8 years old and it was a very long time ago, plus I was never a trainspotter!

The HAL's don't really fit in the NLL backdated route,as the EMU's were Ex LMS EMU's,the SR Trains at Richmond were 4 Subs,and 2 Bil\Nol's,

The Hal's were mostly used on the South Eastern Division,they were built in 1939 for the Gillingham \Maidstone electrification scheme.
