Hello
well not been on the forums for some time but still keeping up to speed with the latest news ,and what interesting times are coming with the new sim and all. So i thought this xmas would be a good time to release the next version and final version of my route .

This was the original link to the extension i was working on.

http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... s#p1697572

The route will be released as a standard file to the library rather than a freeware pack, the reason for this is problems with the packager at present ,and the time available by myself and Jim to complete the pack. So what i have come up with is a duplicate of the old route which can be installed alongside the original,I have decided this due to lots of changes to the original route which would make lots of the scenarios made by the community etc unusable.
The other big change is the route uses assets from Derek's excellent Wear Valley Route alongside the Woodhead ,sorry folks just couldn't resist the great assets in there.
Now for scenarios ,i have created a set of new Quickdrive scenarios for the route which cover most parts of the network ,freight and passenger also new free roam.
As for standard scenarios i have left this section clear and going to release them separately so i can use which stock i want rather than stick to the stock from the two routes above.

thanks

Joe Whittaker

Hi
This looks like it's going to be another fine steam era route, just wondering if the new SSS J15,will be a suitable 0-6-0 locomotive for the route and the Matrix Gresely and Thompson coaches.
With all the new steam era routes in the pipeline who needs TSW,with just 1 American route
Thanks for bringing this route to us transition era modellers.

Not a bad substitute, Sadly the Q6 on the moors is in its final few weeks of working now too, I'll miss it.
