Class319_DTSO_nd.bin
Class319_MSO.bin
Class319_MSO_DC.bin
Class319_TSOL.bin

All these BIN files are in ...\Assets\RSC\Class319Pack01\RailVehicles\Class319\Default\Engine
The pack would appear to install the AP enabled version(s) in a nested folder tree, but also edits the default files rather than retaining the original version. The only reason there'd be files outside of the .ap archive mirroring the internal folder structure/naming would be to load those copies instead of the originals.

Peter, does the AP pack give you any files in the ..\Assets\RSC\Class319Pack01\RailVehicles\Class319\Default\Simulation folder?

I think the 47 is quite good, The current 47 isn't the original 47, If you compare the Kuju Railsimulator 47 with the WCML O/S 47 the current model has a more 3 dimensional front.

The first 47 was the original Kuju Rail Simulator model, as you say.
Then we have the NSE Class 47 DLC, which I think uses a modified version of this Class 47 model.
Then we got a completely reworked model with Railworks 3 (IIRC) that overwrote the original textures, shape etc (same update we also got new Mk1s, Mk2s etc)
Then there was a completely new model in WCML over Shap, which AFAIK is also the same model used in West Somerset.
Uncertain if there's a 47 with the BR Blue DLC, and if that's one of the previous model or a completely new one.
I'm not fat - I'm easy to see

The Class 47s that have been released (all at different price points) aren't all the same model or even physics/simulation as each other. If you want to know how many there have been, rather than asking for someone else to find the info, why don't you look on the store how many there are?

Wow, more than I thought! I had assumed the NSE 47 was the same as the O/S version.

Also I can confirm there are none included with BR Blue DLC.

*Edit* Just looked at the NSE 47 Pack and now I can definitely see how it's the original model, I've only ever looked at the thumbnail on Steam and in the thumbnail it appears more detailed.

Thankfully there's no panto on any of the class 47s.......

Just to drag the thread back to it's initial point...

Is the MML a recent acquisition for you?
I got the line last year when I was looking for something new.
So you bought the route for the route, not out of the *necessity* to buy to be able to use the included class 319 in Workshop scenarios?
If so, where's the problem?

It's not a 'problem' but an irritation that DTG release a loco/unit then release another version of the same loco/unit instead of updating the first released.
If DTG had updated the Standalone 319 and used it in the Bed-Pan scenarios then people creating scenarios and reskins would only be using one version of an asset.

I would not have bought the route just for the 319 as I had the Standalone version - I had some money as a Gift on Steam to use and bought the route.

Certainly, but those purchasing the route would then need to purchase the stand alone version. The whole idea of stock bundled with routes is to allow the scenarios included to run; granted they'd have a limited variety of stock but it makes for a complete package.

If they'd done as they did with the 378 and included the stand alone version of the 319 with the route then you'd complain that you wanted something new with it, not an item of rolling stock you already owned.

If they'd bundled the route with some other unit you'd probably then complain that a 319 would be more appropriate.

Whatever DTG may have done, for some it would have been *wrong*; for some, no matter what DTG do it's *wrong*, just because it's done by DTG.

Yes, it does make things *messy* with the system used, having multiple versions of rolling stock, but thankfully RW Tools allows us to use whatever item of stock we want, within reason of course. Your point about Workshop scenarios not being usable if you don't have an item used has been addressed, you now know where to find the downloaded but not installed .zip archive. If you run into a problem you can't resolve, that's when you turn to places like this where you'd soon get the answer---in most cases anyway.

I was not making myself clear.
The people who purchased the MML would get the route and it's assets including the 319, 66 & stock but the 319 and 66 would install to the same folder if these had been purchased separately.
To the people - like myself who had previously purchased the FCC 319 - the MML version would overwrite the FCC version If Different what do we gain by having two versions of one asset when they should be the same?

Only if I get it at a discount.
No, wait, I think owners of snowploughs should be entitled to the panto as a free upgrade.
