Unless the AP pack adds that functionality, no. You can force the panto to be always down by using the 3rd Rail MSO, though this means that if it was the player train you couldn't raise the panto at all to simulate a mode switch.

So in your seeming haste to prove me wrong and nail my coffin lid down firmly you've totally ignored the fact that every time I've mentioned the panto being down it's been with the words "as AI service" ?

Taking a closer look at your previous post, I was pretty hasty with my evidence, however just because I'm hasty doesn't mean that I'm wrong.
I created a Standard scenario and I made the AI train move into the station. As you can see from the highlighted square, the "Player Train" box is not ticked, meaning that this is an AI.
I clicked the Play button and take a look at that...
These screenshots clearly show that the pantograph is moving up as the train moves along the platform. This combined with the evidence that there are no traces left of the MML on my PC undoubtedly proves that the AI pantographs
do work in the Standalone version.

So that still begs the question why Peter and myself find that the standalone version doesn't behave that way for us.
Something to keep me busy in the morning at least!

Isn't that the usual behaviour of AI without scripting to raise the pantograph when moving and lowering it at every stop?
That would mean they do work in the standalone version when AI is moving, but not when AI is stopped.

On my stand alone version I have a separate OHE and 3rd Rail variant, is that because I have the AP pack installed?

No, the AP sound pack creates additional vehicles.
In my list of MSO vehicles I have
Class 319 MSO FCC (3rd Rail)
Class 319 MSO FCC (3rd Rail) AP
Class 319 MSO FCC (OHE)
Class 319 MSO FCC (OHE) AP

I don't remember saying the Standalone version behaved that way just other units do - such as the FCC 377 - each time I pass it on Bed-Pan the pantographs are down.
Unless it's an error in the Scenario?

So does that pretty much confirm that it's possible for an AI train to have the pantograph up on the stand alone version?

It might confirm that an AP version does, but not the default one. Only way to find out is to test both variants. There'd still a shadow of doubt though, if the AP pack alters files common to both. As this is an item in a .AP archive it's easy enough to revert back to a totally clean default installation. Simply copy the Class319Pack01 folder to somewhere safe, then delete everything exciept the .AP archive frin the in-game one. When the testing is done, just cut that copy of the full folder and paste it back into the game.

Not specifically, but I read

a recent acquisition for you?

I could easily argue that my screenshots undoubtedly prove that they don't, so why don't you lose the competitive nature and help find out just what's going on?
Perhaps
If all of that wasn't enough, we have gone beyond just sounds and also implemented some brand new features:
Driver only operation (DOO)
Wheelslip protection when accelerating and braking
In-game power source change (AC/DC)
(

Watch the video on that page, go to about 3:15 in and look closely at the unit featured.

I don't have the AP ones on my scenario editor just the
BPL Class 319 MSO FCC (3rd Rail)
BPL Class 319 MSO FCC (OHE)
Class 319 MSO FCC (3rd Rail)
Class 319 MSO FCC (OHE)
But when I use the standalone ones they have all the AP enhancements included.

I think we've learned a lesson: Don't buy any DLC for 3 months, until the route has come out. Also, I swear the same Class 47 has been released about 6 or 7 times (please someone find out how many times this badly aging model has been put on the steam store)
