Wish Rich would do a patch, it's a pain to redownload all that stuff again to update the coaches, especially if you are on a download limit set by your package/ISP.
You could always go to the effort of making all of the substitutes yourself one scenario at a time, for each scenario pack in RW Tools, and then realise just how much work has gone into making these available at the time of the carriage pack release. The work has been done free of charge and didn't have to be, so it's easy to download and run the odd installer in comparison.
Well, that is true, but other dev's do make patches for their stuff "Christrains" is one that springs to mind, faultless in continuing support for his products, JT are another, DtG, etc etc, Not disputing the work involved in making a patch for a customer's convenience, but they do do them is all I'm saying.

As you (presumably) won't have lost the *old* stock any scenarios featuring them will still work so the re-downloading of anything is purely optional. Would you expect the patch to cover all the user created scenarios too?

Honestly Martin, in 2016 if you're in the UK and still on a limited/capped connection it's time to switch providers.

I would think it would depent on whether these coaches install in the old folder structure or not?

As these coaches bear no relation to the DT Mk2e coach pack, it would be unethical to overwrite someone's existing installation of another add-on, so the best option is to update the scenarios themselves to include newer stock.

Actually Gary no, I wouldn't "expect" the scenario's to be changed. Well it doesn't matter does it as I am obviously being unreasonable it seems.

So having bought the Class 313 the scenario packs for ECML L2P got updated so I got the new version.
Then I bought the Mk2 D-F set and again the ECML L2P got updated so again I got the new version.

My slight gripe is I drive PBO - LON and the semi fast services are correct with Class 360 or 321(AP?) and the locals are 313's but the East Coast services are still HST's vice Class 91.
It would have been nice for those items to have been updated as well with the AP 91 Enhancement Pack
Swapping with RW Tools does not always work

Possibly because the HST is being viewed as DMU Peter, in which case RW Tools may balk at swapping for an electric locomotives or passenger vehicles. Not the end of the world though, drop into the scenario editor and manually add a class 91/DVT and just drag and drop the driver icon from the old service to the new.

I know that but there are quite a few Class 91 services to firstly change all the stock in RW Tools and then drop in to the scenario and go down the line changing all the locos and DVT's

To be honest, AP36 has been already updated also with the 91, only AP37 is still with the all-HST services.

The WCML-North scenario packs still use all-HST services, I think? And the one for JT's northern ECML

Sorry, I don't have them so I don't know, but you can check the update log on the AP website to see if they are involved.

Although I've only so far used the BR Blue, it doesn't seem to feature rain on the windows, although I was a little disappointed about this (I love my passenger views, especially when raining) I find a compromise by using an InterCity reskin of the DTG Gatwick Express MKII coaches - works well with BR Blue/IC period but will look a little out of place in more modern liveries - guess I will have to do without the rain :D

I'd love to see some lovely shiny new MK3 coaches in the the future (hint, hint)
