Not sure on what grounds people would qualify if I'm honest. AP snapped up the currently available DLC 2nd hand from DT, and given the age of these - plus with the quality of each being poles apart (a reasonable assumption given we already have some in game by which to make physical comparisons), it's a big ask in my book.

For all intents and purposes, these two items might as well be chalk and cheese.
Good point. I have had my moneys worth out of the DT/AP set and I will buy this when available.

A thought has occurred to me,would it be possible to have different roof colour shades/weathering on two types of the same livery to make up a more realistic rake?
Also era correct tail lamps ie. oil lamps for Blue Grey/ original IC and Scotrail and the newer flashing one for everything else
And it's worth remembering that NSE had one? Aircon in the W of E pool in 1991 although as we don't have the route the usefulness of it would be debatable but I can remember it did have a trip to Carlise on a ADEX once

Different colour shades would be difficult without consuming much more memory than desired- but something to that effect is included and will be revealed in due time. 8)

On the subject of items like era correct tail lamps, and one-off liveries: Whilst technically possible to do, a balance has to be struck otherwise a simple carriage/wagon pack would take as much time/work as a full loco/unit release- and would be priced accordingly! However, I'm sure there will still be enough covered in this pack to accurately replicate a huge majority of the Mk2F/D services- current and historic.

Thank you, and of course it is not taken as a moan! I'm a stickler for the little details and odd liveries, but having a fair scope for a project is the difference between something we see will this year, and something we might see this decade. :drinking:

And these will be the perfect companions to my Deltics if I ever stop fiddling, tweaking and refining all imaginable aspects and more.

I'm sure your deltic pack will look lovely booming along on these, but that apart with the exception of the 90 I think the detail on these will seriously show up the now very elderly 47, any chance someone will have a breathe over one to represent a later era one, the base of the WSR 47840 is quite good with the buffer beam cowlings cut away but then u got the working HC box, I wouldn't be surprised if someone hasn't got this on their list of things anyway mind

If only the sealed high beam had been a node you can script away I think we would have seen loads done too.

I don't think you can define tail lamps to the livery change - what do you have on the rear of a mixed rake of stock?

I will be just happy with a working Tail Lamp on the last vehicle :)
