Hey guys I have a question as I am not skilled enough to make a reskin could one of you fine people make abr express passenger blue duchess of sutherland or contact a friend or reskin creator who would kindly create the reskin and then link me the reskin a page or just link a download for me (if you guys can do it which would be amazing), thanks.

You might be in luck actually. Some superb lads at Victorian Reskins have already done a BR red livery and I believe they said they're planning to release a pack relatively soon. It's worth a gander anyway.
