Resources for placing neutral sections in scenarios

Seeing as AP's new Class 91 Enhancement Pack has scenario markers for placing neutral sections in routes that don't already have them, is there a resource or resources where I can know where to accurately place neutral sections?

The best resource is the Sectional Appendices available from Network Rail. Downloads of the various areas can be found on the right hand side of
http://www.networkrail.co.uk/aspx/10563.aspx and these documents contain a lot more info that may be of interest.
