AP Class 47 Sound Pack Pro : No Sound in cab!

Hi Derek, just the .bin files from the default (but AP enabled) class 47 and from the reskins you need *fixing*.

For the default one it'd be

..\Assets\Kuju\RailSimulator\RailVehicles\Diesel\Class47\Default\Engine\class47_br.bin and should be around 20KB in size.

The .bin files from the reskins may not have exactly the same name, but the size should be pretty close in all cases.
