I would like to win because the Class 205 Thumper looks absolutely brilliant.

I want to win because I like this train... let's be honest, the actual reason is because I can't afford it.

I'd like to won because it'll be a nice excuse to buy the 456 I've been eyeing up as well!

I'd like to win as I love AP's quality products and am out of money to buy it.

I would like to win because I will never be able to drive a real train because I'm colourblind.

I also would like to win the thumper, because, as a German I have never experienced the British slam doors. It could be a great start in British railroading for me . Best of luck to all participants

The 205 was the train I always remember from my childhood. Pottering up and down the Oxted line and after getting off and racing through the pedestrian in time to see the Thumper head out of the station... that glorious sound of the engine gives me goosebumps! Even looking at the interior makes me think I can still smell the distinctive smell of the seats. The slamming of the doors, winding down the window to open the door from the outside... and watching people that couldn't wait for the train to stop and getting out a couple of seconds early!

I know it would take me a while to learn the controls but it has been my dream since I got into rail sims to drive one of these!
