Don't worry, you are not missing anything. Just another announcement of the forthcoming announcement.

Got to keep the hype train running
It is called marketing! It is how you make your company and it's products known to the marketplace. The fact we are talking about it, shows it works.

Yes, I fully understand the concept of marketing, thanks.

Bit sensitive are we?

Though this time they have clearly stated that TS Unreal will be released this year, so it kind of has to be something Unreal releated.
Also am I the only who noticed the guy getting off the train in the start of that video? Maybe it's a hint for the new version that people can actually board the trains now, who knows.
They did? I haven't heard any news about it since January or so (maybe even not at all if my memory is correct). The level of hype from the release of TS2016 stretched all the way back to only a few months after the release of TS2015, I don't honestly expect them to pull out the Unreal version from nearly a year of silence.

Call me a pessimist if you want, but maybe it's just a fancy greenscreen effect they've pulled off rather than a clever hint for passengers boarding a train? I could easily say that the TS2014 trailer with the greenscreen of the man inside the Class 395 cab was a hint for VR, but that was just another greenscreen effect, which admittedly is actually pretty good.

Because if we do that we run the risk of getting answers, which would spoil all the fun of speculating

Thread locked since the announcement has been made and we don't need 9 pages of speculation about the announcement.

Please start a new thread - 1 thread only for the discussions of what was in the video
