A nice base spec but......
Whilst the i5-6400 (2.7GHz) is a good CPU you really should be looking at the fastest you can get. The i5 isn't as fast as an i7, but costs considerably less so the i5-6600 or it's unlocked sibling the i5-6600K would be the target.
You've picked an aftermarket cooler in that configuration--only needed if you're going to overclock, but as you've selected a non-K CPU you wouldn't be able to do that but if that was your aim you'd also need to use better thermal paste.
You've selected 4TB of storage---if we think along the lines of you having a huge amount of DLC for the game (200GB total disc space used) that's enough space for 20 copies. I'm all for good backups, but.......
The first HDD is a hybrid one; my daughter has one of these and it certainly has speeded up her system, but it's no substitute for the real thing. If you want the fastest possible read speeds for TS/other games opt for a pure SSD drive. A conventional disc of 1TB is ample for stuff that doesn't need speed, and whilst SSDs are expensive in comparison the prices have dropped to make them a viable option in the bigger sizes--anything around the 400-600GB mark would be grand, even smaller if all you want to put on there is TS.
The M.2 would be a perfect home for Windows though.
Memory card reader..... how many types of memory card do you have?--I doubt it'll be 52. Save the money, if you find you do have the need to read memory cards (remember most devices that use 'em now are USB enabled so you don't need to take the card out) you can pick up a USB 'holder' for pocket money. OK, limited to just the card type it'd be designed for but just sticks straight in a USB port.
The PSU choice is frankly poor, 350W is not going to be enough. 500W should be the minimum you contemplate, 650 would be better. Corsair make good PSUs, but if the budget does allow/can be stretched look for a modular unit with 80+ rating. This means that at least 80% of the power it draws from the wall socket is put to good use rather than being converted into heat. Efficiency is good!
The monitor's nice, but as it doesn't have a HDMI port the choice of cabling is wrong.
