Wherry Lines V1.1 Patch

Post by phat2003uk »

Hello everyone,

Just thought I'd post here to spread the word that we've released a patch for the Wherry Lines which features the following:
- New custom made Reedham Junction signal box model
- Loco run-round stop signs added on platforms 2 & 4 at Norwich
- Additional markers and portals for scenario creation
- Incorrectly placed whistle boards removed at Bungalow Lane crossing
- Incorrect signal ID fixed at Trowse Junction
- Speed limit changed to 60mph in the down direction between Reedham Junction and the 20mph curve to Reedham Swing Bridge
- Correct approach control procedure added when taking the Berney Arms route at Reedham Junction
- Not being able to open doors at Norwich on '[07] 2P13 09:17 Great Yarmouth - Norwich' scenario fixed
- Procedural flora removed from track at affected stations
It can be downloaded from beneath the 'Downloads' heading on the product page, at http://www.armstrongpowerhouse.com/inde ... uct_id=155.

Thanks for the patch!

Just one thing... running scenario 05 this morning I noticed that some semaphores have overly bright green lenses in the On position.
A couple of examples are Oulton Broad North Up Platform Starting signal, and Somerleyton Up Starting signal (just before the box and swing bridge).
There may be more but the lenses are definitely way too bright.

Cheers.

Cheers everyone.

This issue above is sadly just a side effect of Train Sim's handling of overcast weather. Glass textures still illuminate as if the sun is out.

Oh .! I knew their implementation of signals was buggy, but that they could mess up the glasses is beyond my wildest nightmares.

If bright lenses in signals is worse than your wildest nightmare you must be able to sleep very well indeed.

I've got a strange glitch since installing the patch. The 2, 3 and loco stop markers on platforms now show 10,11 & 12 car stop. Anyone else?

The patch is only required for those who purchased before the patch was released :).

Is anyone still having trouble opening the does at Norwich station in scenario 07 even after installing the patch.
I have still got this problem.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
