LUA Tool???

I found somewhere in the forum about someone who had made a little LUA debug/editor Tool or App that I downloaded but have lost it when i had a new PC.
I have searched but cannot find the thread for this download.
Does anyone have this little tool or can point me where to find it?

ah, it's LuaCreator not Lua Creator that's why it didn't pick it up on the search
