New RW/0381 webshop here http://www.rw0381.de/ Simple. log in to your existing account, but as passwords couldn't be preserved you have to use the forgotten password link to get a new temp one to allow you to log in and change to your preference. If you object to your personal data being passed on use contact to let them know. Their is a link on the new site to the old webshop (under Archiv) which will be deleted together with old accounts in three months time, at this point if you objected to your data being passed to 3Dzug you will lose access and you will need to back up your purchases. There is also a link to the main 3DZug site.
Also there is a special offer http://www.rw0381.de/images/slider_imag ... ktion2.jpg until the 6th.

Little bit more info, to download the updated packs that you already own you need to follow the ARCHIV link to the old shop, log in with your old password and download the updated files from there. If I understand it correctly your purchases have to be manually transferred from the old shop, to the new shop, hence the need to log in and get a password for the new shop, presumably this helps establish which accounts are still active.

if you are using either Chrome or Firefox, if you right click on some text on the webpage you will see an option to translate if it is in a different language to the one active on your PC. If you select translate it will translate the whole page in situ, although sometimes links don't work and you need to go back to the German text, but of course you will now know which link you need. It is only rarely in my experience that links stop working. Explorer has a similar option.
Re: RW/0381 part of 3DZug as of 01/03/16
I now have two problems.
Cannot see the ARCHIV link.
But doesn't really matter as I have now changed my password so could not log into the old web site using the old password as that has now been superseded.

No your old password is still in force on the old archieved webshop here http://shop.strato.de/epages/63770300.sf The new password only works in the new shop. ARCHIV was in capital letters in the text below the big scrolling pictures.
Bear in mind that there are now two 3Dzug websites, one for the original 3Dzug stuff and one for RW/0381, they have a link to each other in the left hand column.

Hi Holzroller,
Thank goodness Firefox tools\Options\security\saved logins\passwords keeps old logins as well as the latest.
Well managed to get to the Old RW_0381 shop found Archiv opened it up, as per attachment. Only to find the page is blank.
Whereas in reality, I've had at least 4 items from them see other attachments.
I think I'll stick to DTG and other easier to understand sites from now on, me brain hurts.

In the last screenshot you don't appear to be actually logged in. In the next few weeks your old purchases will be transferred across to the new shop, you should be able to find them a bit easier then. Alternatively a quick email to Matthias via the contact link explaining your difficulty should bring some assistance, his English is good and he usually answers quite quickly.
Re: RW/0381 part of 3DZug as of 01/03/16
sorry just grabbed a quick shop web page screenshot, as an actual logged in view gives email info.
Not too sure how wise it would be distribute that out to the general public.
But rest assured, there was no difference in the information or lack of, between the two displays.

The same section of that page is blank on mine, perhaps it is meant to be?
After I logged in I found clicking on "My Account" then "My Orders" (both on the right side of the page) brought the list of previous orders with links to re-download if needed

Re: RW/0381 part of 3DZug as of 01/03/16
Yes basically the same process as with the old shop. Bit of a pain though if you have a lot of orders to go through.
Re: RW/0381 part of 3DZug as of 01/03/16
Having followed the process to get a password at the new shop and the link to the "updated" version of the old shop to re-download my old files, I explored the updated 3DZug shop. This has a page for their previously released goods wagons plus equivalent pages for all the RW-0381 coaches (which have been deleted from the old shop). There, I noticed that all the prices have been changed - some have gone up and some have gone down. Given the current special offer, I took the opportunity to buy the recent Doppelstock bundle, which had gone down in price, at a discount.holzroller wrote:Also there is a special offer http://www.rw0381.de/images/slider_imag ... ktion2.jpg until the 6th.
Two things to note about the new purchase process - one is that PayPal no longer insist that you have an account there, as I was able to use their guest facility. Two is that when you enter the discount code, all you get is a message saying that the code has been accepted - note that the price on that page does NOT change when the discount is applied, as you only see that later in the process when you commit to that purchase ...
Happy shopping,
moi
