Re: DTG Bristol to Cardiff
AP posted about the updates on Facebook
Re: DTG Bristol to Cardiff
Yes, I agree that the information is there.
The point I was trying to make was, as I already own and have installed these packages. Why would I find a reason to re-download them, outside of being told by others there was an upgrade?
I would have expected an official announcement by the producer. But no matter we have the forum members to keep us on the short and narrow.

PS Tough luck if you don't have facebook, us Dinosaurs are rapidly becoming socially unacceptable.

Which is why I or others generally post info on here. Like it or not FB is the main conduit of a lot of info these days. Problem is not everything shows in your newsline these days, was actually a repost that I saw, as despite liking AP not everything he posts shows in my newsfeed. In fact AP updates regularly http://www.armstrongpowerhouse.com/inde ... tion_id=12

Only thing that lets Richy down that, I would be very happy if he did the same as Christrains, every time there is an update I get an e-mail with a download link, excellent customer service that.

What route is that?LundeSDK wrote:smarty2 wrote:Haven't' had this route installed for years due to it crashing all the time, but with the release of the Welsh coastal route I thought I would re-install and give it a go! http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f ... =662224336 Any ideas?Stood the test of time quite well and is a testament to the author's original work. Would be most excellent if it was brought up to 2016 standards and assets used from the new Welsh route!

Beyond just Liking the page on FB, you can also ensure you get Notifications (there is a drop down box at the top of the page). Then it will always appear in your notifications when you open FB. That applies to both business and personal pages.holzroller wrote:Which is why I or others generally post info on here. Like it or not FB is the main conduit of a lot of info these days. Thanks for that link Holzroller.
Just giving that listing the once over, seems I have a helluva lot of re-downloading to do.

Re: DTG Bristol to Cardiff
I would recommend checking it about once a month.
Re: DTG Bristol to Cardiff
Enjoyed this, a really nice run and good track work too.
It was wonderful to see such variety in the units.

Re: DTG Bristol to Cardiff
Does the two tone horn on the 175 work for others? Doesn't seem to work for me.
Re: DTG Bristol to Cardiff
I'm only getting a single tone horn on the 175 and HST with this route.

Re: DTG Bristol to Cardiff
In the DMU add on are the 143 and the 158 any different to the Riviera Line and S9Bl versions or are they just ATW repaints ( which we do already have ) ?
I notice that both seem to be in the old ATW livery and not the refurb livery, is that correct ?
Not that these are complaints, at 2 quid for a couple of repaints and some scenarios you can't really complain.
Does anyone know whether any 175s have yet been given the ATW refurb livery ?

Re: DTG Bristol to Cardiff
The 143 is the same as the Riviera Line but in the older ATW paint. The 158 is the version that came out with the Manchester - Liverpool and that is in the refurb paint.

Re: DTG Bristol to Cardiff
From what I've seen on Matt's Stream and from screenshots, the route looks nicely polished. Shame Matt's giveaway barrel didn't turn in my favour this time on the Charity Stream.
One to save for.

For disclosure, I am affiliated with a third party developer however, I do not know anything about any future releases unless I'm working on them and even then, I'd be breaking years worth of built up trust to say anything about it
