Mike, I would not be too concerned about this. Our existing TS2016 installations will continue to function just as they do now. The new version will be completely separate.
I for one, and no doubt many others like yourself, have spent a fortune on "Railworks" over the years and will probably not be crossing over to the new platform.

Cheers,
Trevor
While I have spent FAR, FAR, FAR too much money on content for TS2016, I will gladly try out the Unreal New Simulator when it arrives. I will gladly enjoy both simulators next to each other for a long time to come :-)

(Just like I can sometimes still enjoy toying around with T:ANE, next to driving TS2016 ;-) )

Cheers,

Am I correct in assuming that there seems to be a very limited number of Quickdrive scenarios for this route? I've not been able to use neither the 143 nor the BR52 for QD on it...

Hi,

I do not have this route, but the QD scenarios only determine where you can go in a QD (and some QD scenarios will not allow electric traction to be used obviously, when the route is not electrified!)

But QD scenarios should allow all traction to be selected (minus the caveat of selecting electric stock only on electric routes).

So it is strange that you would not be able to select a DB BR52 for QD on this route?

I don't have a BR52 in my setup, but I do have a DB BR152 electric loco with this selected I have over 20 QD starting points available. With a diesel unit selected there are even more. regards Dennis

The BR52 is a German steam engine which should be part of the European Loco & Asset Pack? So you should have it, when you have this route?

Ref the BR52 I have found it in fact I was driving it just after buying the route, senior moment I'm afraid. It doesn't have a QD consist though and oddly doesn't appear in profile list of locos. Dennis
