At first glance that doesn't look very good. The texturing looks poor and the sector version had smaller numbers and cast depot plate/arrows.

Not buying this until AP makes a sound pack
Have to say that is one very nice looking model they have made.

From memory something seems a little amiss with the front end proportions, maybe the windows are too large, but nice to see this class again in TS.

Yeah, the textures are especially atrocious for a 3rd party. They feel like an old MSTS model.

To me the original Railfreight grey colour looks too dark plus its missing the white cant rail stripe .
Also in the cab I'm not sure what that box is (with the coloured buttons) up the far corner on top of the instrument panel but it should actually be the NRN radio (Usually the 3 button PYE version) and there should be a handset (telephone shaped receiver) for the NRN in the grey cradle above it .

Need a decent power station drag to use it on...?
Avonmouth to Uskmouth would be great (would need Uskmouth in the JT Western Mainlines route)

Absolutely right there about the numbers but it isn't released yet so hopefully someone will sort that out before release

There are a few routes already available that we can play this on, WCMLTrent Valley, Joe Whittaker's North East Rails, WCML Chiltern route and there is the brilliant little Toton Yard layout in the Steam Workshop that I'm going to fill up with these babies when released, there's plenty to go at from the start.
Cheerz. Transport Steve.

By the look of it its coming with PGA hoppers and MGR wagons then, and whoever said that about the RFG numbers you are right but this isn't released yet so theres hope that could be fixed before release

I think the criticisms of this new model should be shared on DTG's website and Facebook page, just like with the Class 73 (they improved the model before release). There's a better chance DTG will take notice of them.

The pics in the article look like they've been edited, possibly to counteract the brightness of the old GWML route. I've seen unedited pics of this model from the developer and I can assure you the textures look far better than they look in those pics.

To my eyes, the existing freeware model looks much better, the cab interior excepted...
