Re: The Titfield Line for TS2016 now available
I've re-subscribed and cleared the cache three times in total, but still no free-roam or quickdrive.

Yes, I have done the same as ashgrey, with the same result.

Re: The Titfield Line for TS2016 now available
Sorry to say that despite having spent the morning trying to run this route, I've had no success. The supplied Quick Drive doesn't work, whilst the two Free Roams mentioned in the Route Description file are missing. Shame - it looks terrific, but time to move on I guess.

Re: The Titfield Line for TS2016 now available
Ash I'm terribly sorry about this issue, I'm going to re-add the free roam with 1401 in it. I'm gutted for you that it's not working for you. Works for a lot of people so I'm puzzled as to why it's not working for everybody?
It seemed to work for my other routes I've published. Have you got all the dependencies?

Yes, got all the dependencies and I checked it out with RW Tools just in case. The weird thing is that RW Tools (and the Windows Explorer) does show the QD as being present but it can't be driven, even from the Workshop Menu.

Re: The Titfield Line for TS2016 now available
God this is frustrating
Is there a troubleshooting page somewhere I can look at for scenario creators?
Hang in there, I'm determined to get to the bottom of this

Re: The Titfield Line for TS2016 now available
I'm pretty determined myself - it looks too good a route not to hang in there!

Re: The Titfield Line for TS2016 now available
Beg to report...
Browsed and downloaded. Checked in RW-Tools: Route there, assets as advertised, Quick-drive allegedly present.
Into TS2016. The 'Build' menu sees the route - and the quick-drive. However, 'Drive/Quickdrive' list does not offer any quick-drive for this route. Ho-hum...
Into 'Build/scenarios'... Set up new scenario, Free-roam, entry point "Route Origin". This turns out to be Titfield station. Set scenario marker. Choose loco from immediately-available list - Pannier 6435. Choose single coach - brown/cream composite, inappropriate but pretty - again from immediately-available list. (So, no need for fancy footwork to find stock...) Plonk loco & coach at station. Add 'driver' to loco. Save scenario. On prompt, add title & comment to scenario. Five minute job. Save, and RUN...!
Simples!
Pleasant amble along whole line ensues... Much enjoyed - will revisit.
Kind regards,
John M

Re: The Titfield Line for TS2016 now available
Very happy to say that, at last, I've added a simple free roam scenario and it works!
Well. it did until I derailed through excessive speed,
Great stuff.
Many thanks

Re: The Titfield Line for TS2016 now available
Right. Uninstalled the route. Just now resubscribed to your route on steam, installed fine and the quick drive now works fine.
A great little route, nice little run. Thank you for your work on this route, well worth downloading.
Ashgrey, try the fresh download like I did.

Route is now made final so scenarios made by other users can be published
