The Trawsfynydd Railway

Hello There.
Bit of an early Christmas present to deliver.
I'd just like to say thank you to those who filled out the poll I started about Maerdy a couple of weeks back.
Thankfully most had decided that they had the old Maerdy and so there was nothing I need to change prior to this release.
And my utmost apologies to those who were expecting a Maerdy extension.
So what's all this then?
This route is the Trawsfynydd Railway. It's a single line branch in North Wales, running from the slate town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, to the nuclear sidings at Trawsfynydd, near the nuclear power station.
It's set in the mid-1990s, just before closure, so it's made to look a bit neglected and the track worn down.
It's not a very long route, about 7 & 1/2 miles, and is not the best built in the world. I was never good at art so natural landscapes have never been strong with my route building. So it's just a flavour really of North Wales.
However, if you know the route then you will know it produced a huge variety of traction over the years.
I wouldn't have picked this route up again after giving up on it a couple of years ago, had it not been for a society I joined who wanted to see it.
It requires:
- Thomson Interactive WHL Extension: Fort William – Mallaig (Steam)
- Meshtools J94 & Memories Of Maerdy (Steam)
- DTG’s The West Somerset Railway (Steam)
- DTG EU Community Asset Pack (Steam)
- RSC AP Station Pack (Steam – as part of Woodhead, Falmouth Branch, Weardale Route etc)
All other assets required will be included in the package.
Here are some shots:

I hope there are some out there who might enjoy it.
Merry Christmas.
