I got the email for the TS Reward code for the pump truck I tried to activate on Steam the code was accepted but the pump truck did not download so I contacted DTG support who replied back saying there is a technical issue with Steam which they are working on to fix as soon as possible so hopefully once that is fixed I should get the pump truck.

I seem to recall the same thing happened with double chimney castle, but I don't mind waiting, my kids are waiting with glee for this one. Should be some good fun!

Thanks for letting us know, I have the same issue. Activated last night but not to be found anywhere :o

I had the same but it appeared late last night. It's an odd little thing to play with!

Also fun to play with on the Christmas Holiday route - watching that little fellow toiling up those steep gradients. Mind you, he seems to have endless reserves of energy and can keep a steady 29.3mph!

Can confirm that I now have the pump truck and it is great fun to drive, just a shame the driver was not kitted out in a Santa suit to get you really in the mood.

1 HP, or 1 he power as it is in this case.

As expected the kids find this hilarious, although adhesion may need to be edited as it wheelslips if I put something behind it (tried a mk1, wonder if its brake related?). It would be good to add another character and double the power output, but I know nothing of editing animations to alter the start position of the second character.

I've also found that once you take it up above a certain speed the pump and hand animations get completely out of kilter with each other which is a shame, but either way I'm very happy with it and its entertaining enough.
