This "fix" works well in the game but it does NOT seem to work in the 2D map used by the timetable editor - that is still flashing with multiple images - changing the Ts2016 settings to MSAA fixes that..So using Nvidia Inspector or NV Control Panel Set the Antialiasing Mode to "override any application setting" and voila the 2D Map corruption is gone when you use any SSAA
Gary - this comes back to my theory that "override" may not actually override all settings in TS2016.
Anyone else seeing this effect?
