If it is a DTG model yes. Pay to look at the sound packs on AP and read the requirements. They have 3 HST sound packs.
Intel i5-2500K 3.3GHz Quad Core, Asus P8Z 68-V LE MB, Asus GTX 1060 Strix 6GB Gaming graphics card, Windows 10 Home 64 bit, 16gb Corsair Vengeance DDR3 ram, Viewsonic VX2452mh LED 1080P HD Monitor. Seagate Barracuda 1 TB HD, Seagate Firecuda 2 TB HD,

See what the model is the reskin uses as the base and that will help you in deciding which Sound Pack to use.
Checking to see you have the base model first

Re: FGW Green HST Armstrong Powerhouse Sounds
The link you provided is not a new model, it's a few years old and is the much earlier FGW "Green & Gold" livery from when First initially took over the franchise.
To be techincally correct, you would use the original Valenta pack from AP, representing the livery in the first half of the decade, early 2000's. From 2005 the MTU pack would also be valid, but I'm not sure if this livery was still around at that stage?
Edit: re-reading the write-up for the DLC, I see it says that the "Night Riviera" kept this livery until 2007, but I guess it would take some in-depth research to know whether the units on that service still had the original Valentas. or were converted to MTU? In general terms, the Valenta would be more broadly representative of the group.

Re: FGW Green HST Armstrong Powerhouse Sounds
I had the same problem with the Fag packet livery HST and had to manually set them up to use the AP Valenta sounds .
FGW Power cars 43004 + 009 where the first to be fitted with MTU's , They went to Loughborough in 2004 wearing Fag Packet livery but where released from rebuild in 2005 in FGW more blue Barbie livery (2nd version that doesn't have white cab sides) .The following year (2006) they where re-liveried again in the original full version of the FGW neon "Dynamic" colours .
As far as I'm aware non of the MTU fitted HST power cars where released back into traffic wearing Fag Packet livery .

If you aren't too fussy about engine type to date specifics, I would go with the Valenta pack, I have all HST packs but have changed all my HST's to use the Valenta (original and best) engine, they just don't sound right to me otherwise.

Re: FGW Green HST Armstrong Powerhouse Sounds
Sorry for digging up an old thread but this is the only one I can find that comes close to my question.
I have all three of these sound packs but most of the rear end power cars are silent. Are they supposed to be?
I love the sound of the AI thundering past me like a RR jet engine but get nothing as the end of the train flys past.
Any comments welcome. Cheers guys.
