DTG Class 442

I recently bought this in the sale i have tried to swap it out using RWTools with the class444 unit which is currently being used in London to Brighton scenarios but each time i get the dump file.
I then reduced the consist by deleting one of the class 442 carriages thinking the train length might be the problem i have ticked the box for the unit in the editor and cleared cache.
I have also gone into a free roam scenario deleting all stock placing a class 444 as the sole consist then swapped it with the class 442 cleared cache still no go,any help i would be grateful.
PS i have now bought the class 444 so i can enjoy the great scenarios with rfletchers reskin just would like to know what the problem is with my class 442 shows up in RWtools so ap file has been extracted
to read/write.

I would go in the Editor to the scenario that has the 444 and it delete all the coaches in the 444 train Apart from the DM coach with the Instructions.
Move that coach to another track then build the 442 consist where the 444 sat, drag the instructions from the top of the 444 on to the 442 and then delete the remaining 444 DM Coach.

Save the scenario and it should be good to go.

The stock is probably not swappable in the usual (RW Tools) manner due to the coaches not being a 'like-for-like' swap. If the coaches (or any coaches) in one set are powered, but not in the other then it will crash everytime you try and swap those items.
The only way to do it is to follow Peter's instructions and build a consist at the side of the one you want replacing, then drag the driver icon over.

Thank you both for your replies i will bare that in mind iv just reinstalled the 442 i will try again tomorrow enough for now.
