Prototypically, what kind of trains does this loco haul? regional, freight or both?

As built the locos were seen on Passenger and freight throughout Switzerland - but not outside, apart from cross border operations to Domodossola in Italy.

The Swiss locos were split up in to Cargo and Passenger sectors and the Re460 became a passenger loco as they can run up to 200kph/125mph.

The BLS have 18 Re465 which uses the same body but with some differences to give a greater starting tractive effort.
There locos are mixed traffic and again can be seen mainly on BLS routes to Brig, Domodossola, Bern, Basel and Basel Bad in Germany.

But both designs are Swiss use only.

Maybe you could give the author some constructive critiscm, he seems to try to make the effort to improve with such. Or maybe VR should go Swiss :drinking: for a little while.

This then would be a long long list. So no listed critism yet. I think, who is that 'loud' on the net and calls such a price for the addons, should know how to do it nicely and what's wrong with this addon.

And no, vR will not go Swiss in the near future i think. But maybe i will do, now, where this loco is not 'reserved' on the market anymore. Someone out there who will build a good model for me??

Can you name but a few, Maik? I was going to get some DLCs this weekend (probably something from vR too ;) ) and now I seriously consider getting this... could be a good addition to 3CCR (although driving it there is not prototypical probably).

Bad sound, bad physics (no physics? ^^), faulty control behaviours (AFB (VSoll) acts like on steroids and equipped with blindness), regulator works not without VSoll, Model looks like a sticker set, low details, messed up geometry (technical side of build) .... and so on

Therefore almost worse quality than DTG products, right?

I bought the Platinum Pack of the Re 6/6 loco from Creativeworkx because it said updates would be available.
But I'm disappointed with the loco sounds and the brakes screech like mad when slowing down.

So until it's updated to fix some of the faults I won't be getting any more :(

Update coming for the RE460 in the coming weeks;
1 The Vsoll characteristics When driving solo are not good. This is something I have noticed too but unfortunately what not picked up on during testing. I am currently revisiting the script Vsoll Because of this issue and so Because The different physics of the 465's (update) negatively influence the smoothness and precision.

2. Speedo and Vsoll Issues When Using the rear cab have been fixed and will be OK after the update. This is another Oversight Which is Easily patched but unfortunately not picked up on before release.

3. Cab textures / details have been updated slightly. Mostly to add some details to the doors and to change some textures to modeled parts.

4. The tail-lights Could be a bit more red. I want to change the colour.

5. The Flickering ETCS screen is at issue did OCCURS at Certain (lower) Graphics Settings. This so what on Oversight and has been fixed.
