Hi Mike,

I think both routes are the same.
If you download the manual from DTG http://www.railsimulator.com/support-as ... Manual.pdf
You will see it's the Just Trains manual.

There are Quick Drives but it's just start at Bristol or Exeter and drive somewhere.

If you use the workshop the Steam version might be better.

Hi Mike
I have the JT version and that doesn't have Quick Drive only free roam. I made my own comprehensive set of QD scenarios using the standard editor. They are fairly basic but you can add static consists quite easily. Making the QD scenarios is quite easy, if I can do it then anyone should be able to do this. I can't quite remember where to find it now but I followed instructions given by Richard Maxted I think ( apologies if I've got that wrong both to Richard and the author ). These instructions are very clear and easy to understand. I have now created Quick Drive scenarios for all my routes that didn't come supplied, even old routes from TS 2012 era. Do have a search through to find these instructions, no doubt other people out there will be able to point you in the right direction. I am one of those people who sometimes like to get home from work and relax with an easy Quick Drive for an hour or so. Hope this helps you and encourages you to have a go yourself.
Best wishes

Hi again Mike.
Just done a quick search and indeed Richard Maxted wrote an excellent tutorial called "An Updated Guide to Quick Driving". You will find it in the scenario creation topic section at the top of the page. It might look daunting at first but Richard has done a first class job of explaining how it works. You may ,like me, find it a little frustrating at first especially trying to place your player spawn marker correctly but stick with it, it becomes a doddle after some practice. Richard also explains how to place AI spawn markers. I still havn't mastered that yet but I will get there and having fun and learning at the same time.

Best Wishes
David

Whilst the B & E is appearing in the postings, could I ask a Qs about the former shed at Bristol ie Bath Road.

Somewhere in the dim past I recall someone "redeveloping" the site and cleverly re-creating a good representation of the shed.

Did this mod. ever become available to others?

Thank you

Adrian
