No, the old 66 sound pack deals with them
This pack only works with the later RSC models EWS, Freightliner, Powerhaul and Midland Mainline
For disclosure, I am affiliated with a third party developer however, I do not know anything about any future releases unless I'm working on them and even then, I'd be breaking years worth of built up trust to say anything about it ;-)

Yes - V2's only plus the MML.

Also, will not extend to career scenarios...

You may find the old pack as a JT disk on the web. That's how I got mine.
