Whoever it is, who uploaded the Workshop version of the above file, apparently in an ongoing series, made a couple of errors in the uploads. There were two files. named differently, but the first one of the two, is of an engine that has to back out of a dead-end track, and to a signal, but this signal is a colour light junction signal, that SHOULD be pointing to the right. The points won't move either, to allow the train to go where it needs to.

I tried the other scenario, which needs work on it, as well. It's a slam-door EMU, which goes the same direction as the other train. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the controls on the EMU will not move, apart from the directional lever. You need to drive it with the mouse.

Is this caused by the 33 Class loco, or the scenario itself ? Can someone please inform me, possibly ? Thanks, if you are able to enlighten me !

Regards...

Jim, the uploader does state on the Workshop description for V3.8 of the route....
Please note:
I admit this route is quite poor at some points, as this was at the time i was starting to build routes. This includes all stations being called Bedhampton on their station boards, the lack of 3rd rail, the lack of scenary in certain areas and sharp, fast corners, which often derail trains.

It's not so much a series of routes, but various WIP editions of the same route as he progresses with the build. The 2 files are named differently because the V.6 one is an earlier version, and neither are just a single engine that needs driving anywhere---the downloads are of a route!

The single scenario supplied in V3.8 is a Quick Drive, so where it starts, what stock it uses is determined by the player so I've no idea where the signal you've mentioned is.

Both versions of the route install into different route directories, that's why you can run both on your PC but the V3.8 route supersedes the V3.6 :

From the descripton of V3.6
The next installment of Weymouth - Waterloo (it ISNT complete, but i wanted to upload this so there is an alternative back up for the transfer to 2015 from 2014). The line goes from Weymouth to Hinton Admiral, but assts only go upto Christchurch, with some patches of blank scenary. No scenarios, other than quick drive come with it. The missing assets will be placed in 3.8, where the line goes to Brockenhurst, a terminus on the Lymington Branch, that will arrive in 4.0 hopefully
so once again the scenario is Quick Drive, what it features is down to the user.

I'd delete the earlier version ( ..\RailWorks\Content\Routes\4dc58265-04d8-4424-ba41-6c9e5f54f023) and just use the latest version.

You have to expect errors in WIP stuff, and also really try to understand just what you're downloading---not only so you know what you've got but for when you have bother you're able to ask the *right* questions, which helps the rest of us a lot.
