Looks lovely...!
Also like the sound of the hinted at 2251
So, a mid-Wales route to run them on?

What would make a good mid wales route is Dovey Junction to Barmouth or Llandridnod Wells to Swansea or Shrewsbury both ideal for DT,JT and Victory rail works loco's

The model looks fantastic, best of luck to Tom and Rob at DT that it sells like hot cakes when it arrives.
Kind regards,

Have always wanted to make a stab at Merthyr to Brecon...
I do like big hills, and they don't get much more challenging than the climbs up to Torpantau. Only problem is choice of motive power - seems difficult to find out the route classification for the Brecon & Merthyr. "Originally" a GWR yellow route, I'd like to find out if it was ever upgraded to blue like the rest of the Cambrian...
Modellers licence might be required to use the DT 43xx and JT Manor, as well as the obligatory Panniers, 4575, 14xx and 2MT.
On the other hand, if anyone has info / photos of the 43xx at Talybont, Pentir Rhiw, Torpantau or Pontsticill, that would be very, very useful

I'd love to see this on the Ruabon - Barmouth lines. I did wonder whether Gordon Mackenzie might have thought about re-creating his wonderful Bala Hub MSTS route for Train Simulator, but it seems not.

Ruabon - Barmouth was great on MSTS, but with the hugely improved terrain / scenery etc details in TSxx would surely be a huge undertaking to current standards
