... to tell me exastly WHERE the button I've read about, that starts the scenarios (if it indeed exists) playing if you choose a random scenario thumbnail ? I would like to know where this supposed button is located, thank you !
And... how do you actually find that "Starter" for the Scenarios Library ? Since the upgrade happened, 've been having trouble locating it quickly. How odd !!

Hi Jim.
If you mean the new "drive" button for workshop scenarios that was part of the recent TS update, then you'll find it at; TS main menu, Profile, workshop tabs. Wait for list to refresh then click the one you want to play to highlight it, then the "drive" button should be active. It's between the "view and unsubscribe" buttons. But be aware that it doesn't always work though. Don't know why though.

Not sure what you mean in your second question.
