I see some already have problems with one of the scenarios...
I just jumped straight in, never mind the scenarios, I went naked, or, should that be au naturale.......

It's excellently designed, the trackwork is super smoooooothe with superlevation throughout, with it going through Aerosoft they've added a few extras, some nice bushes, flowers, 2D trees, weather patterns, a few hand built viaducts and some bridges all very nicely done. The buildings are not super hi res, more stability and efficiency for mid to low end computers I would have thought, there are a lot of huge assets though, not just the station areas, but, roads, bus stations, and terrain, all as 1 asset, although, that doesn't really detract from the game as such, it's just that they will be awkward to utilise for protypical route building in the future. I haven't driven the whole length just yet as it is must be a good 85 miles, or, so, but, from what I've experienced so far, definately no regrets in buying it at all, the stations and roads are really well created, although, I will have to go back and crop a few bushes and long grass that have gone out of place, well done to Maik and his colleagues.

Thanks Martin and Steve!

What about performance? Anything out of the ordinary? Any places where you get particularly low fps (Koblenz)?

Hmm, no, not really personally, I have a good computer set up anyway now, i5 4690 3.5Ghz CPU, 2 GB graphics card and 16 GB RAM, so, I don't expect any stuttering, lag, or whatever. From memory the fps were about 25 at both Koblenz and Trier, although, in saying that the cities aren't hugely populated with zillions of houses and apartment blocks, etc. There are 2 big yards one in each city suburbs with between 12-24 running roads which undoubtedly will hit your fps when you fill them up with wagons and locos, but, out in the countryside next to the river the fps is no problem, approx. 40-70, etc.

Excellent route, some are finding the water a frame eater, so worst case you might need to turn down water quality if you have a low end PC.

Just tried the freight scenario to Cochem, beautiful route and extremely well made. There is some slight pausing when assets are loading but it is livable considering I've maxed everything out. The 189 is a nice drive too, but it won't satisfy the purists. PZB doesn't do it for me anyway so I'm not bothered.

Taking a sneak peak while doing some other things, driving from Cochem to Trier, and my first impressions are really good. This is a great route, very well made, captures the atmosphere of the Mosel valley really well. Looks great.

I have only had a couple of problems with my couple of runs.

Having changes the weather pattern from Winter to Summer I'm sat in Koblenz and when the local train the 143 tnt arrives the signal clears but then a BR189 runs across your path?
Set off and about Km 19.6? I get a Vr2, Distant Signal Clear, but the PZB alert goes off and I cannot cancel it so an emergency stop.
But then I cannot get power. Tried full brakes then release, even changing ends but it's dead.
No instructions in the manual on the BR189 and I could not find if the AFB works ?

Back to the editor and swap the BR189 for the BR120 (old version) and the PZB/AWS makes a louder sound :)
Strange departing Bullay - I got checked approaching the station and sat at the red until a double traction BR189 come off the bridge running "wrong road" and the Signal cleared with a Speed of 70kph.
Having cleared the bridge the speed going in to the tunnel dropped to 40kph without warning for a short section and back to 90.

Otherwise a nice run with a bit of stutter in places but no other problems :)
The appearance of the water is possibly my only complaint - just does not look right - too rough looking.

The IC scenario will work if you delete GV03 from the scenario. Not a fan of the water myself, but the route is excellent, another way to save FPS is to switch of procedural fauna, apparently it is used throughout the landscape.

Do you mean GZ03 in the IC 132 scenario ?
Having a few problems with some scenarios. Hope it gets patched.

The Route looks fantastic BUT i am having massive performance Problems. Turned down Grafics and Koblenz Hbf gives me around 5 Frames. Never had anything like this before, not even in Munich or London. Something is not right in that area. Also me and many other on Railsim i having "dump" all over the places (espacally on longer drives). QD is not usable either. Dump on the screen or shortly after. At the moment i can only drive scenarios, that don´t start or end in Koblenz and need to turn grafic settings down.
Really disappointed right now to be honest. I can only use in certain areas and still always live in fear of getting kicked out to the desktop.

Yes it would be GZ03, tired at the mo. Haven't had any other problems so far, but night time FPS is low around the settlements, too many dynamic lights. Somebody on the German forum has replaced the skydome with the one from 3 countries/Berlin Wittenberg.

Thanks for the tip about GZ03. I got it going but serious fps problems on this route.
Oh well back to HaSi3. At least that runs ok.

I was SO MUCH looking forward to this one, but given the feedback on performance this is probably a no go for me. I am not going to part with 30 Euros to watch a slideshow. Plus the reports on bad stability and crashes... What a shame... :(
