Yes, I know it's on Steam now but I don't think it was back in 2010 - I bought the route when it was first released, but certainly not from Steam. IIRC, it's a fairly recent addition to Steam.

according to the steam store page BtoE has been available from steam since 10 Jun, 2011, JT's class 60 was on steam for a long time as well

It'll be interesting to see what happens with their route currently in development - Fantastic West Somerset Railway, as we already have one version on Steam, I doubt that many folks would buy another one.
