When I read this post I thought, the producer of the film Avatar is visiting DTG then I realized that his name is James Cameron.

Maybe he was there to pick up copies of ECMLs and GEML,to give to the transport minister to show her where in the are in the UK,and to show her the state of these two routes and grotty old stock they have got.
