Excuse me, but what steps do you take... ?

To start a new route from scratch, in that correct order ? (Listing the steps, correctly ? I'm just having a slight lapse, concerning my memory, at the moment) Sorry about that, and this is what it's doing to me, right now, but I'm not all that worried about it, as long as I can get a little help, now and then ! :oops:
