Halcyon Activity Packs

I'm thinking of buying one of the Halcyon activity packs (sold by Aerosoft), mainly because they have a lot of stock which fills a fair few gaps in my German collection. Most of the models were availanble with MSTS, but were very high quakity for that genre - has anyone else bought these? Any thoughts?

See these threads, I think these are the ones you are talking about with all the stock. My recommendation is to buy from Halycon
http://shop.halycon.de/ as you will have easier access to the updates direct from the authors, you simply add the products to your account when you buy.

to get the best from them you also would be advised to but the TTB plus packs, Halycon sell them as a pack on a CD/DVD as do Amazon, separately they are more expensive, but you will need to check whether Halycon or Amazon are offering the best price.
Original threads for pluspacks, there have been updates and added scenarios/features since

Thanks, that sounds promising - I need to boost my range of German stock.

I have bought the Activity Pack for the Munchen - Augsburg route and I enjoy running them.
Apart from adding scenarios it also adds a large amount of new trains which were not/are not available from elsewhere.
Have a look at
http://www.trainteamberlin.de/produkte_szp02
and the pdf file for the pack
http://downloads.trainteamberlin.de/TS2 ... ch_V10.pdf
The scenarios come with two versions, one for the TTB Pluspacks and one for the included & default locos.

You've mentioned these disc packs before, but when I've tried to find them (both previously and yesterday) I've been unable to find them at either Halycon or Amazon. Please can you post a link to one or both ?
Thanks in advance for any help ...
