Don't think its heat, pc has nearly had time to warm up when it happens

Logmate and Task Manager would be a good start, it'd show if a crash happened when hardware, the OS, the game, or any combination of was *stressed*.
Big advantage of those is you already have 'em, so no extra expense and the results are fairly easy to understand
