Re: class 90
Don't forget to do Shift+/ because that releases the parking brake, if you look to left of the cab near where you turn on the marker lights and the instrument lights you will see the word on or off, that is your parking brake.
Remember to look at the strip of lights underneath your speedo, if they are yellow then they are on otherwise they are still off.

Before pressing P, ensure the pantograph is actually down to warrant pressing P to raise it. Same with Ctrl+B, only press this if the row of yellow lights on the cab dashboard aren't lit.

I forget, is the DRA on as standard? I didn't see that in your list
Key F I think, or press the DRA so the light goes off

Re: class 90
I have the Class 90 and wish I could help you with the keyboard commands but I find it much easier to remember the cab controls when starting than keyboard commands. Perhaps you should do it that way. You don't start your car with keyboard commands do you.

Before you give up, have a look at this Class 90 start-up tutorial I found on the Steam website and see if it helps?

A couple of other points.ashgray wrote:Mike

[Step 1] This assumes the loco is Cold - hence the Battery Switch - If you have Desk top lights you can skip this step
[Step 3] Have a look out side - if the Pantograph is UP then skip the pressing of P.
[Step 4] BEFORE Putting the Loco in to Forward do CTRL+E and CTRL+F this will stop random faults on the loco and will ISOLATE the DSD.
[Step 5] The Handbrake may not be on.

Re: class 90
Hi
When I'm in the cab my cabview hasn't got a desk top like the one showing on steam instruction page, also when in the cab I have nothing showing on the left,It looks like my screen is to small for it all to fit in.
On another note,I have just got the thing moving, which is good
,only I haven't got a clue what I did to get it going

That's no different to most peoples Cab View - the chap who did the instructions just zoomed in to parts of the cab for the pictures.michaelhendle wrote:Hi

This is how much I could see when I had a Standard monitor

When I changed to a Widescreen monitor it gave me a wider view.

When starting any 90 scenario its default position is always above 0 anyway.
