I, as a regular traveller on this route who lives within the region was pleased to see it brought to life in TS as it's a route that means something to me, also with the assets of Lime St and Piccadilly this will hopefully entice some route builders to extend to Crewe/Leeds etc. Also it was nice to see the North West represented - how many London & South routes do we already have?

Yawn!.................. Another London route, which unfortunately, probably makes financial sense to DTG, and whilst I fully appreciate that they are a commercial enterprise, it still very much annoys me, that as in many other walks of life people seem somewhat obsessed by the south east of England, that is to say primarily London.

With the inclusion of West Croydon and London Bridge it looks like we're getting a recycled London to Brighton. After all why would you rebuild it all again?

As I live in Cambridgeshire what would be nice route Peterborough-Ely-Cambridge,East Midland Trains 153's and 158's Cross Country Voyagers, Greater Anglia 171,GBRf and Freightliner Cl66's.

Why are people complaining about this? It's not like we don't have enough content already Heck, you could exist off the base pack and workshop scenarios and have hours and hours of things to do (yes, I appreciate variety is the spice of life and all that, but just putting some perspective on it).

Pleased to see West Croydon finally modelled in a trainsim, fingers crossed they are extending down to Sutton

Suits me to the ground! If it includes the Crystal Palace - Streatham Hill and Bermondsey - Streatham sections, I'd love that as it it means you can do the Victoria via Crystal Palace Tulse Hill services. Not only that but opens up London Bridge - Victoria services (maybe both routes, including the former Wandsworth route services?), London Bridge - West Croydon via Bermondsey/Streatham and West Croydon - Victoria (better than starting at Gloucester Road Jn!)

I'd cream if Sutton/Sutton loop was included, I'd be throwing money then!

Er, this isn't an RSC/DTG reboot, remember that this is a 3rd party route which was made as a personal project by gyprc here on the forums. If anyone is going to say that DTG are "going back to basics" again to do another London based route, then remember that this actually isn't a DTG route.

Despite the problems people have of this being another London route, I'm very keen to get this when it comes out. My favorite city in Europe is London (yes, even over Dublin ), so any new content that will build on the collection of capitol routes I'll be quite interested in (especially when it's done to gyprc's standard).

But maybe gyprc is at liberty to tell us where this route covers? I don't see why DTG would have an issue with giving out that info, unless they've been building on it themselves and he doesn't actually know?

My thoughts exactly.. Yes its being released by a DTG its not produced by them. Its produced by someone who has spent a lot of time and effort on producing this addon, and I have to say the quality looks brilliant. So don't shoot it down too quickly. Yes its not going to be everyones cup of tea but I'm sure it appeals to many, me Included and thats because I work on the Brighton Mainline.

Calm down 'it looks like' is not a statement of fact. Full details have yet to be released by DTG so you're speculating as much as I am. How do you know that gyprc hasn't built this on the basis of L&B? I wouldn't have a problem with that at all in fact I'd very much welcome it.

What's all the fuss about DTG producing a new route, I wish they make more effort in getting TS 2015 to perform better, I certainly won't be purchasing anything from DTG until this happens.

Pete, as far as we know this is being/was built by gyprc and DTG are just publishing it, though of course they may have spent time editing the route in collaboration with the author. Regardless of whoever built it though the call to concentrate on sorting core issues fails to recognise that route builders may not have the skills to delve in to core programming, so delaying route progress would just end up with a bunch of folk sitting idle.
