This was from quite early on in the build process, so thing will have changed, but it hopefully gives an idea of the timescales involved in these projects :)

Damn another modern route,Just think if it was in Southern Region Days could have had Battle of Britains on Ramsgate and Dover Boat Trains, some BR Standards 4MT Tanks on locals,4 Subs,Hastings DMU's and Oxted 3 Car DMU's.

At least the old Making Tracks Version came with some decent rolling stock and Loco's Cl 33 and 71 locomotives
I wonder how many route miles this one will cover? the old MT covered 450 Route miles.

Personally for me this is awesome news, although I'm guessing being South London it'll concentrate more on Southern Trains than anything else. Would love to be able run around on the South Eastern side of things but either way it has a hell of a lot of scenario potential and very little A to B running (be it more commuter based than freight obviously). All in all, happy with this.

...now I just need to find a way to get TS2015 running without buying a new computer

EDIT: one thing to add, is it me or that picture of London Bridge seems everything on one level?

I had a feeling it might have been yours and from the picture DTG posted of Bridge it looks fab.

And was Making Tracks version available for Railworks? I'd wager there's more polygons in a single vehicle mesh for this release than the entirety of that list you've posted, that requires far more detailed texturing. At least compare like for like.

Tell you the truth I would rather have the MT one and get all the stock for £16.99 than pay £ 24.00+ for probably a shorter route and 1 item of iffy stock.

Well this is a surprise. A network as opposed to point a to point b. I look forward to finding out more.

I think you're missing the point on this one: Would you be ok with having a high-detail route like this and having MT-grade models running along it? Would it look right to you to have that dense and complex scenery and then see a 20-polygon, blurred textured 375 pass you in the other direction?

Or if what you're saying is that you prefer an MT-grade long route with sparse scenery along with MT-grade low-poly stock, then why aren't you just using MSTS?

Again as deltic009 said, please compare like with like..,

You mention about this route having high detail with complex scenery etc, in that case one can only hope the outdated core engine can handle it with a decent framerate. Will be a bit pointless having all that complex scenery in there if you gotta get rid of it by lowering ingame settings to make the route playable.

MT-grade? Some of the stuff being made available through MT for RS2015 is superb - or do you mean MSTS?
