I noticed too it was working on some items but not others. It was working fine with the RSC 444, which has it's passengers child object named just that, ie. 'Passengers'. It was not working however with the Thomson-Oovee 150 - the child object in this case being named 'PAX DMS' etc.. I have now renamed these as 'Passengers' and the empty start facility now works with this DLC.
