SALE - 50% on MOST DTG products

The one I want however is not included - that is the London - Peterborough route - oh well maybe a chance to get some much needed rolling stock. I was looking at the London-Manchester route as a possibility. I also was looking at the Glasgow Airport route, but it seems to me that you get very little in this route, even at a reduced price: short route, no rolling stock. I would welcome feedback on wither of these two potential purchases.

I am hoping that this result in Just Trains to post a sale. I have their SECML - for two weeks now, and it is absolutely gorgeous. I am waiting for Marsdonshire to go on sale, but I'd welcome feedback on ANY of their routes if you have it.

You can buy Liverpool - Manchester but not London to Manchester :)
With the GARL you also get the Class 380 emu but I would not bother with it for just that unit.

Marsdonshire is OK but not a patch on the Three Country Corner Route

Now if London Euston - Manchester Piccadilly that would have to be gotten on release.

Still pretty decent sale going on, the only things that appear to be full price for routes are the ones that were given the upgrade and the Canadian Mountain Pass route for some reason? its a shame because I have been thinking about getting that route. Did however finally pick up West Coast Main Line over Shap and the Norfolk Southern Coal District while they were both half price.

Anyway as for Liverpool to Manchester got it on release being local, if you like passenger route you'll enjoy it but outside of running either express services or full stopping services to or from Manchester or Liverpool their that much else to do from what I've seen.

Davie, PLEASE let me know what you think of it.

I just picked up the Class 455, which is needed in a lot of Workshop scenarios for the Portsmouth Direct!

The 455 is unheralded but it's one my personal favourites. There's also an Armstrong Powerhouse soundpack available for it.

Purchased the Duchess Of Sutherland, Class 92, Class 33 and Class 52 and silly me purchased the Class 101 yesterday which I needed to run a scenario forgetting that today it would probably be on sale.

Hmm. Duchess may tempt me to tackle the Midland Railway Butterley, whilst I'm assuming making my own routes and scenarios is worthwhile :p

I had, after all, already got the 33 as another loco to use on a certain Southern branch, which I had considered done with after making a dozen scenarios.

I'm out of control, but I just can't pass up these bargains. Now I have added the Great Western Mainline to my collection. I should have had this long ago. but now of course, I want the Class 67 add-on, especially as it comes with 5 scenarios for this route. Oh well, we will see if the pocket book can dole out another $10. LOL

I purchased the Regional Railways class 101 but it fails to show up in both editor & game despite it being on my DLC list. Is it a stand alone model or does it require purchase of another pack?

So like I indicated earlier, I got the Great Western Mainline. This route is fantastic, and at a lesser price than mist routes. I love it. So I am thinking about the East Coast Main Line, but I am not sure. Any of you have feedback on that particular route. It also is at a lesser price than most routes, and the discount on top of that enables me to get it for $9. OR another option would be to buy the Class 67, with 5 scenarios for the GWML. So what do you think?
Thanks in advance,
