I'm not sure where to start in guessing this.

It's clearly HS1
My personal guess was that it would be Waggonz' Wirral lines project, as he said it was a partnership, but no OHLE to be seen so I'm probably off the mark. However this will certainly be interesting, I love poorly kept lines that are recreated properly in TS with particular attention to vegetation (an aspect I consider core to a good looking route), like the Majestic Falls Railroad or the Birmingham area project by fakenham1. But Keith seems to be focusing on the details a lot more in this project, so maybe it's a shorter route than he usually does?

From one of the comments:
Krossrails wrote:This is a partnership project. The lead developer will be releasing the route via Dovetail Games on Steam. This is the best way to support the future development of the sim by Dovetail. The announcement will be made elsewhere very soon.
So maybe a slight change of tactic given that Keith isn't the head of this project, but still no criticism to him at all. He's still one of the greatest developers out there.
In the meantime, picture no. 3:

This looks like it'll be a corker - seems to have new trees/vegetation? Always good to have more variety in that aspect.

Wooden sleepers, maybe something from the 80's(ish)? It throws doubt on it being a modern mainline, although I maybe way off the mark.

Well spotted. Was only on Thomson's website the other week and didn't see this.
Looks great, even has an electronic token system

Looks like you're right, it's all on the website.

What a choice of route and era!
