The train I had set up was sat in Liverpool Lime Street station with the pantograph up. I thought maybe it was in 'DC mode' which is why there was no power, but I'm sure that's not the case. I will try reinstalling the Sound Pack again and running the NR 319 installer again.

I think reinstalling the sound pack and running the installer in the RSC assets folder again did the trick. Have now got it fully functioning. Looks fantastic on the electrified Manchester - Liverpool

Glad you sorted it, sorry hadn't noticed your probs earlier as I had had the exactly the same thing! Do like the AP 319 with the extras, much more realistic!
