What Duchess fiasco?

Can someone please confirm that the in-cab reverser, regulator and brake handle move. As this would be a major spoiler.

Without being absolutely spot-on, the Hymek sounds pretty much like a real Hymek to me (and I see and hear D7017 regularly).

Took the plunge and made a purchase. I think it depends on what you want or expect from the pack. My main Beef is with a couple of the Desk Gauges which are obliterated by Light reflection! A working Cooker and Pasty ? :D No doubt the magic of AP could improve the sound but all in all not bad

I bought the Hymek this morning. Just started to have a run, and it's definately class 47 sounds, even the horn.

Ooops!

Please ignore my last post (above) re Hymek sounds.
I had inadvertently picked the wrong Hymek.

Can one alias sounds from one model to another?
If so, how please?

Just ran the Hymek again on the Western Rails route - lovely!

Whilst running the scenario, I spotted, quite by chance, a real hidden gem in the Hymek cab and I'm wondering how many people have found this? If you turn to the right from the driver's seat, you'll see a microwave oven, which can be turned on! But open the door and look inside, and you'll find a hot pasty! Just the thing for those long scenarios, and 10 out of ten for whomever dreamt this gem up at DTG! Nice one. Now where's the brown sauce? :)

Personally I would have preferred more time spent with the sounds and not recycling those from the class 37 rather than a pasty, but there you go.

Well, AP specialise in realistic soundpacks and not putting microwaves in cabs, so in the long run we should end up with more!

I think a sound pack from AP is in the pipeline.
