Is this line electrified, these days, for the 319s to run on with Northen? etc.

Only as far as Old Trafford container yards at the Manchester end and from Liverpool Parkway at the Liverpool end. Diesel/Steam only on the rest of the route!Fincra5 wrote:Is this line electrified, these days, for the 319s to run on with Northen? etc.

Hi all,
ref my post Friday 23rd.
Thanks to some pointers from Mike(RW_Tools). Managed to identify all those scenarios, they are QDrives Tutorials and actual scenario's.
Many thanks Mike.
As for the route , I'm no rail aficionado, but as has been commented on by others, the entrance to L'Pool Lime Street is awesome.
I think the route is worth money if only for the work put into that aspect of it.
Regards Johnt

Probably lol, still, it makes sense to me to have a new updated 158 in say the rsc folder, that way the original author would be happy, instead of having multiple 158s spread all over the place like we have now with varying levels of ts2014 features.ashgray wrote:Hmmm... I somehow doubt you'd see it like that if you were the author of the original S9BL model...smartie38 wrote:With all these different class 158's going around why don't DTG just have the one class 158 and have it replace the old S9BL version, would certainly make sense instead of having all these separate versions with different features dotted all over the place!![]()

Re: DTG to produce Liverpool - Manchester via Warrington Central
Hi Guys,
Bought the route add-on when it was released but haven't really had much time to drive it. The overall route length for me is ideal, as could happily go up and down the route a few times before getting bored of driving it. There is plenty of potential for scenario creation despite it not carrying much freight on the line, there's certainly plenty of opportunity for passenger scenarios (express, stoppers) or even tours. Currently working a scenario that follows the TPE Loco Hauled additional that were put on for the Tour De France in Yorkshire a few weeks back (means you can get away without the 185) and actually drive loco hauled stock over the route. Despite the route being a joy to drive, and a fast route it does have its downsides. Especially after travelling the route over the weekend, noticed that are a few key details missing, as previously commented on earlier in the thread. However noticed a few things around the Edge Hill/Allerton TMD Depot, there are a few buildings missing on the depot, which I guess that are recent or not on whatever materials DTG used to create the route.
Still definetley worth the £24.99 especially want a quick drive, similar to E-G
Regards,
Cameron

From what I understand, the 319's will start running between Manchester and Liverpool via Chat Moss from this December. Or am I wrong?

That is the only one, driver training hasn't started yet the unit is dumped in a siding at Allerton waiting for the wires to go live but there could be some static driver training going on in the mean time...37114 wrote:It is.
